Membership: Participation is free and open to all KYPN Members.

• There shall be a Congress once every quarter where a successful professional / leader / Intellectual called the VISITOR will be invited to share his / her experience as a source of motivation, share thoughts / actions and make recommendations towards the comprehensive development of Kogi State, and participants of the congress can engage / interact with the VISITOR by asking constructive questions and making creative suggestions.
• The Congress shall be coordinated by the Communications Director, under the supervision of the President of KYPN.
• The VISITOR shall be a Kogi State indigene or a friend of Kogi State from any part of the world.
• Resolutions / Recommendations from the congress will be sent quarterly to the Executive Governor of Kogi State, Members of the State House of Assembly, the Senators, and Members of House of Representatives of Kogi State at the National Assembly.
